10. Apply Some Effort.

Figure out what success means to you. Know if it is worth working for. Give yourself credit when you’re making progress, even small amounts, instead of comparing yourself to others.

11. Leverage Your Strengths.

We all have strengths and weakness’. Figure out what you’re good at and what you want to do. Let that knowledge guide your choices.

12. Listen to Your Feedback.

Ask for feedback so you can improve what you do and show others that you respect their point of view.

13. Ask for Help.

Expand your horizons by building a sturdy support team.

14. Connect with Others.

Moral support counts too. Surround yourself with the people willing to encourage you. Join a club with members who share your interest in whatever it is you’re doing.

15. Recognize Opportunities.

Stay alert for promising opportunities. You may just meet a new friend while standing in line to buy your morning coffee.

18. Try New Things.rafting-695318_640

Be open to trying new things. Go kayaking or white water rafting instead of playing golf this weekend. Bake a cake instead of buying one for your child’s birthday.

You may discover hidden talents.

An upbeat attitude will make you feel happier and increase your productivity. Questioning your old beliefs will allow you to replace them with a new sense of certainty about yourself and your future. Hold onto empowering beliefs that build up your confidence and prepare you for greater success.
